Have been on the combined pill up until 2 weeks ago when dr put me on mini-pill (i smoke and am overweight, so dr though combined pill was too dangerous for me). Anyway, i finished combi pill on thurs (2 weeks ago) and started mini pill on the fri, so no break. Since then I have not had a period, so a little concerned about that. Last period was 6 weeks ago. Have had some symptoms of pregnancy but think I may be working myself up about nothing. I have been extremely fatigued, urinating all the time and my tummy just feels different. Plus i've had some popping and fluttery sensations in my stomach. No sickness, but some cramping mainly at night-time. Have bought a pregnancy test but am going to leave it till the morning as that appears to be the best time to test. What do you guys reckon? Does it sound like there's a chance I am pregnant?!

The test will help ease your mind, but anytime you change BC you can have this type of response. As your body adjusts to the new BC you will experience a myriad of symptoms from "pregnant" to "menopausal" that is because your hormone levels are fluctuating. The Dr is right about the smoking and the pill - a bad combo regardless of pill. I know it's hard to quit smoking but if you intend to stay on the pill it can literally save your life, the chances of a heart attack while on the pill and smoking are nearly fourfold. Hope everything goes well. Good Luck!

It may be the change between the different pills. Usually, (at least with my experience) you don't start urinating a lot until the baby is bigger because it's sitting on your bladder. That was about my 7th month of pregnancy. I also didn't get the fluttering sensation until about my 6 month. I could feel the baby moving. That was from my experience. Again I am not a doctor and I know it's different for everyone. I would suggest taking the pregnancy test it would be the best answer. If you are pregnant call your doctor. Usually they don't start seeing you for the pregnancy until you are about 3 months. If you are pregnant I wish you good luck! Congrats! It is a wonderful thing being a mother.

Could be, but I would say that most likely, your body is just adjusting to the new pill. Often, women can experience pregnancy-like symptoms from the pill. I would still take the test in the morning to be certain.

I don't think you are pregnant. I do think that you are stressed and you have been changing to 2 different pills which can make your period wierd (actually anything can make your period wierd!!! HEE HEE!!) our bodies are just funny that way. Just relax, and take the test tomarrow morning to ease your mind. GOOD LUCK hope this makes you feel better!!!

Just take the test, it's the only way you'll know.
