Pretty much hot and dry. The earth was quite a bit warmer than it is now -- perfect for cold blooded creatures.

Which dinosaurs? In which period? You need to be more specific. They roamed the earth for over 160 million years. That's 160 000 000. That's roughly 79 720.77 times our current calendar year. That's how many times 2007 would fit into 160 million.

This means they saw many weather patterns as they lived through millions upon millions of years. They would've lived through many global cycles.

So pick a more specific time I think, because you might as well say that they had all weather possible during their time, given the time they were here.
