Go to Amazon, and do a title search. Call a bookstore like Borders or Barnes and Noble. They may be able to point you in the right direction of out of print/hard to find books.
Also try Google, or Ask.com

If that doesn't work, go to springarbor.com. Do a title search. If any information comes up, click on the title of the book. It will bring up another page with information about the book, including the publisher.

Also try Alibris.com. And just try putting a search in on Amazon.com. Even though it's out of print, there are usually people selling their copies through Amazon.
