i do have insurance but my deductible is $500, would it cost more than that to get my door professionally fixed?

i own a repair shop ,and yes they will have to repaint the whole door on it to get it to match up real good,id take it to a smaller body shop they do good work and will give you a better price than the larger ones will, its not going to be too bad,and your insurance company should cover some or maybe all of this,id check and see ,but it shouldn't cost you that much to get it repaired, good luck i hope this helps.

I would take it in and get a estimate on the repair. It is hard for the DIY person to match the paint and blend it in to look good. They will probably want to paint the whole door.

But see what you are talking about. Do you have insurance? Turn it in to them.

well if you take it to a body shop they can remove the dents and paint the whole door, which is the best thing to do because if you want to paint the door yourself it can be a rather difficult task because of the dangerous chemicals involved.
