and I have a soccer game tonight!! help!!! it's kinda painful and i'm limping a bit. i just took a pain reliever, but what can i do to help the pain go away FAST? thanks

Ice and rest. Gentle stretching MIGHT help, but if it increases the pain, stop! If it isn't better by gametime, bench yourself. Better to miss a game than to tear something, trust me it hurts worse!
