I am in my 3rd trimester. I hurt all over. I feel tired. I just want to be at home not at work. My body achs. If i am not hungry, i have to pee. I know it's only going to get worse through time. But has anyone found ways to make things more barable? Tricks to give you more energy? Anything to help body aches? Things that made you happy while pregnant? Things i could do at work that would help me get through the day?

I've been there sister.....3 times.

For body aches I do lots of stretching. My favorite are "cat stretches" when I raise and lower my back while on my knees. I also like standing in a hot shower just to relax and let the water run over my back. My husband also gives good massages. There's lots of things like this that will help but nothing makes a huge belly and the strain it causes go away totally except delivery day!

To boost my energy I ate complex carbs along with protein (i.e. triscuits with cheese or peanut granola bars or oatmeal cookies with milk, etc.). I would take little walks once a day. I would also do something to get me moving that I enjoyed like shopping for baby! A brisk walk around the mall while picking out cute baby stuff is fun.

Going out to a restaurant occassionally is relaxing and fun. Have some friends over and grill out. Read baby books and magazines over your work breaks. I had lots of fun at home on pregnancy chat rooms. Take a few photos of yourself pregnant for the baby book. In fact, you can go ahead and start working on a baby book or scrapbook, or at least go shopping at the hobby store.

Best of luck!

If I had tips I would share...but I don't know any. I am in the same boat with you though. Sometimes I just cry because I'm so physically uncomfortable. I'm sorry I don't have ideas to make you feel better, but at least know that you're not alone in what you're feeling!

Good luck!

Sleep when you need to sleep, dont drink anything past 9p.m - helps reduce the amount of time you pee, use cushions between your legs to help with back pain, sleep on your left as it helps reduce blood pressure and is calming
