Im not catholic but we always had fish on Fridays growing up. Now i'm married we have fish cakes coz Friday is my turn to cook lol

Well I don't eat meat period so I'll be having fish but my family will too. We're not devote christians but strong believers so we do follow those rules. lol. Besides I think it's fun, kinda a test of willpower.

Do you mean on Good Friday? No,you can't eat meat yet. You also need to keep giving up for lent whatever you decided on until Easter.
