Satine, you asked if I noticed that Mumble was the only penguin with blue eyes. Yes I noticed it I think they did that because Elijah Wood was playing Mumble and his eyes are that color. Or it could be because Mumble's dad dropped him. What do you guys think is the reason why he has blue eyes???

I think it was because his father dropped him. They wanted Mumble to be someone who was going to be different (the directors and producers/anyone else who had the idea.) But yeah, his blue eyes and his ability to tap dance were put in to make him different. I like difference because if everything was the same everything would be boring. It's the same with Happy Feet. Only singing all the time would have been dull.

he does have blue eyes probably because he is special and also to make him different just like the fact that he has the fuzz on his body longer than everyone else. I also think that the face Elijah Wood had blue eyes probably enfluenced the desicion to make them blue.
