This Love Spell Dangerous?

I am just wondering....if you do a love spell to find out if someone likes you(NOT make him like you), is that dangerous? I know any spell can be dangerous but would this specific one have any severe consequences? If so, name them.

First of all, Beatlefan's answer rocks! Like I like to say, before doing any kind of magick, try finding a mundane solution first. Get to know the guy, hang out with him, then it will be obvious in time. Good, sound advice!

To answer your specific question; no, the type of spell you are talking about isn't all that dangerous at all. Well, there are two dangers -- the first is that you'll project into the spell and get what you want to hear, and the second that the spell will actually work and you'll get what you need to hear. You're not talking about *making* him like you, just trying to find out whether he does or not. In magick, we call this type of spell Divination -- Divination is any magickal act, ritual, spell, or device used for gaining information or answering questions that cannot otherwise be answered. Tools used for divination include Tarot cards, crystal balls, even a Magic 8 Ball works! (Yes, as silly as it sounds, anything can be used for divination if the proper intent is behind the question.) Successful divination requires only a strong focus on the question, and at the same time a certain level of personal detachment to insure an accurate answer. That is why some people insist that you shouldn't read your own cards. I read my own Tarot all the time, it just takes a willingness to be brutally honest with yourself.

The most simple divination tool is the pendulum -- this is nothing more than a weight on a string or chain. My first pendulum was a quartz crystal that I tied to a cotton string. I used that for many years. My pendulum now is a store-bought quartz on a chain. It doesn't have to be complicated. A ring on a string works fine. Even a plumb bob. There are different ways of reading it. Hold the string loosely in your hand, and let the weight swing freely, then ask your question. For me, if it swings in a clockwise circle, the answer is Yes, and if it goes counter-clockwise, then the answer is No. Some people like to read it differently -- swinging front to back is yes, and side to side is no, as in shaking or nodding your head.

Now, for love divination, there are so many different spells, they could fill volumes and volumes of books! Here's my favorite, from Spells and How They Work by Janet & Stewart Farrar -- take two acorns, name one of them after you, and the other name after the boy in question. Place them in a bowl of water (or a couldron, if you have one). If they float towards each other, then he likes you. If they float apart, then no.

But, again as has already been stated, the best and truest way to find out if he likes you is to simply ask him.

The first rule of magic is, if a bear is charging at you, don't waste time waving your hands around when a club will do. It means, use common sense. Instead of wasting your time trying to magically find out if someone likes you, just try to get to know this person better. If he likes you, the answer will become apparent soon enough... If he likes you, or if he doesn't , casting a love spell to try to make somebody love you is bad karma, if there is nothing there, look elsewhere, for the good of all.

"Spells" and "curses" are only stupid superstitions. Nobody can put a spell or curse on anyone else if that person doesn't think it's possible.
If you really believe someone can put a spell on you - - then he can. If you think spells are a lot of B.S. then you can't be touched.
We're living in a modern age. Witchcraft, spells, and curses belong back in the dark ages.
No spell is, or can be dangerous, clear your head already.

my friend all spells are afective spiecaly the ones cast on humans dont take this as an insult but only few wise witches can cast spells you should know that spells are not the way you think they are most spells dont work until a full hallow off your energy is emptied and it usualy takes 2 to 8 years i hope that i could have helped you

My friend did a love spell once and all kinds of stuff, but didn't work. Made me paranoid, and thought of evil spirit were around me. I would be aware though that doing any kind of magic can bring a bad forces because you are actually calling or worshiping the devil or evil spirits. In the bible even talking to angels or praying to them is bad.

it is dangerous, because you have no idea if he/she loved you before you casted it, and if you tried finding out beforehand.....well, its a risky situation,most love spells need at least a day to a week to work, so if you ask him when you cast it, it will be truthful, but i would ask him before you casted/used it.

oh, wait, your trying to find out if he does like you. hmm... try just using a regular love potion and just dull it with some rose petals, DO NOT MAKE HIM EAT THE PETAL, FOR IT ABSORBED THE POTENCY. have him drink what is left. or burn it, then use the spell above the vapors.

Love in itself is magic. If you are in love and it is suppose to be then, it will naturally flow without having to pull it in yourself. You'll know it and you will feel it with every ounce of your being. Let it flow naturally and use your own natural charm not a charm of manipulation!

Sometimes many unspoken are enough to show love to lovable person. you already have been talked together 4 years everyday, so it simply mean that she also likes you lot but she can't spoke thru the mouth. so just keep on talking with her and spoke about your love when favorable times comes to explain about your feelings.
