but keep trying, sometimes you do not need superpowers to help people out. Try donating some blood, it makes me feel like I have superpowers, and I know that it saves lives... So you do have the power..

YES! its so hard to remember that you can't fix everything and it really blows. Even when it comes to matters in my personal life, sometimes you really need to step outside of the box and say hey, maybe i need help with this or hey, maybe i can't fix this for this person even though i love them so much. i hear you, its tough cuz you almost feel like you're not there for them like you should be because you can't fix the issue. But the truth is, just the fact that you want to fix it so bad means that you are there for them more than you could ever think possible.

Yes, and I ended up getting beaten up, half my hair pulled out and a coat that looked like it had been through the shredder ! My best friend (now ex) was having a heated argument with 2 other girls we knew, and she called me over to her. The girls turned on me, while my friend escaped ! One of them was the town psycho, who actually beat up grown men, so I knew I was dead meat. Unfortunately, my Super Girl outfit was still at the dry cleaners. I'd still help anyone else out...but with caution

I just keep my helpfulness to a minimum now,, like answering questions on Y/A! I quit saving people from burning buildings years ago.

yes. my mother would always say to me "you can't save the world" whether it was a stray animal or people.... I realize that I cannot but I try when and if I can as long as am not putting myself out.
