You can add these questions to your watchlist.
Click on the 'Plus' icon on the 'Action Bar' below the question, and click 'Add to my private watchlist'.
You can view the questions on your watch list my going to your profile page. To get to your profile, either click on your avatar, or on 'My Profile' on the green bar at the top of the page. On your profile page, click on the 'My Watchlist' tab to view your questions.

The best way is to bookmark them using an online bookmarking service like http://Del.icio.us (this is the site I personally use and recommend).
The advantage of not bookmarking or storing locally, is that you can access your bookmarks from anywhere you have access to the Internet.
Also, sites like del.icio.us allow you to tag your bookmarks with multiple tags. So, if you found an interesting answer (say about Java programming) that you want to bookmark, you can give it multiple tags: like "Java", "how-to", "programming", "web", etc...
So, when you are looking for a specific tag later on, you can search your bookmarks based on tags, and can find the same page (or Yahoo answer) under different "topics" (tags).

Add to your wish/watch list... You will see a tool bar under questions asked. On the right hand side is a plus sign. Click on that and select the option you want.

I usually write them in a notebook just in case my computer crashes.

You could also copy and paste into word.
click right button on mouse - select copy,
open up word and paste onto a page.

I copy them to my bookmarks. I have some over a year old.

highlight area you want to save right click on you mouse: copy :goto notepad and :paste it there,name it something you will remember
