Definitely a cocktail server at the airport. Think about the lay-overs and delays that people have to endure.

I've worked in the industry for almost 18 years. I make more money cocktailing than I do waitressing. I would say the airport most definitely. Not to mention that Cheddars is a casual dining restaurant, so you can bet that you would get stiffed a lot. At Dallas/Ft. Worth airport, you've got a lot of money coming through and it's one of the busiest airports in the nation. You don't need to necessarily know a lot about alcohol to work as a cocktailer by the way. But you can sure learn a lot in the environment.
