I got a green 4 gb Ipod Nano.
I have a good 500 songs, I want on it.
But I need some new bands/songs.
I'm sick of same ole.

.. Etc etc,
I also like the classic Rock to, like KISS, etc.
Give me as many suggestions as you can, similar to the artist I listed above.

I just downloaded some "The Cinematic Orchestra." I think that's pretty awesome it's jazz+electronic+rock+hiphop(only occasionally). "Porcupine Tree" has some pretty good albums, they're all very different though. So even if you hate the first one you get you might love the next one. Boards of Canada is pretty good ambient stuff, it's good background music which is what I'd use an mp3 player for. Regina Spektor has some good songs and if you're looking for some novel guitar stylings try Kaki King.
