wireless printers and internet?

I have a computer upstairs and possibly getting computer downstairs is there a way to wirelessly connect these computers??? And Would I be able to get Xbox Live with the wireless internet???

You can buy a wireless hub and network cards for the computers.

Not that expensive and very easy to setup.
