I have very vivid, real dreams and nightmares as well. They are a symptom of PTSD. Sometimes they are so real feeling that it is hard for me to come out of them. I don't see unusual shadows, but I do feel things. I feel good or bad vibes from people I meet immediately. It's weird when someone will walk in the room and the hair on the back of my neck will stand up and I get a chill. That's what tells me that person is evil or bad in some way and to stay away from them. On the other hand, I get can very positive feelings from others as if I've known them before. I think your abilities and the things you are aware of are different in some ways than mine. I call mine intuition and just being aware of the energy around you. I hope that the things you experience are mostly good, positive things.

Yes. I think everyone has seen shadows, heard or felt something in a dream at least once. If you mean the three altogether yes but I usually dream about them all together when I am sick like when i have Flu

I too have strange dreams. I have a ghost in my house, so of course I see and hear things. I saw a psychic once who told me that when I sleep I astrally project...too weird. I've left you a link so that you can read about it. The psychic also could see my dead mother, aunt, and grandmothers in the room with us and I did not tell her that they were deceased. It was freaky!

& You also have Deja vues tht's rite well same as me but why i don't know i just ignore thoes things but i'm afraid they aint just dreams.

I usually don't dream but when I do it's in black and white. It's weird......
