Chapell. In any sport, a coach without absolute authority over his players will fail. The core of players on the team, consisting of Tendulkar, Ganguly, Shewag, and Singh were in a power struggle with Chapell and as it turns out, the inmates may get to run the assylum. According to an article written by Anand Vasu, assistant editor for Cricinfo:
"Cutting to the chase, the issue is a simple one. There's a coach who wants a team he can take control of, and mould according to his vision. There are a group of players who would prefer a coach they can control."

I will defenitely go by Greg Chapel, as it is a fact that some of the senior players are very level headed and think that they are superior and do not need the advice of any one.

Definitely Chappal's explanation is right than sachin's melodrama,
watching recent Indian Cricket we can understand what is happening inside the team,
Ganguly's purposeful slow innings, Omission of succesful Kumble, Powar & inclusion of Harbajan, Keeping the msot succesful Indian bowlers abroad - Pathan & Sreesanth- out of the team, Not giving any chance of Dhoni in the top order, the fielding approach of seniors...

I support niether of them. Chapeel and Sachin is talkative and promising respectively. But none of them deliver when matter.
Both of them not deserve to be keep in the team.

Neither. For a team to succeed it should be cohesive. Make a team of all top class cricketers from all nations and send them to a match. Can they expect to be given cup without playing or based on past records? What is the performance now? Can all your past records indicate professionalism in your chosen field?

We are in no position to support any of them because we do not know what is the actual equation between them.
I just hope this doesn't cause any further damage to the Indian Cricket. We have enough trouble already.

Neither. Both deserve to step down. Chappell has already resigned. It is now Sachin's turn.

Neither.
Nobody can shirk the responsibility. The rapport seems missing between the coach and the players. The selectors should have been aware of it too.
