I used to have this great two pages of interviewing tips. It was a wonderful guide given to me by an interviewer. I wish I had it now, but unfortunately enough, I don't have it. I remember some important information though. I'll give you a quick 411. I don't know if it all applies though. The pages of interviewing were for professional jobs or applying to go to a new school. Here it goes anyway:
- dress appropriately
- speak confidently
-don't give unnecessary information
- bring resume
- have your cell phone off
- include achievements like sports, clubs, involvement in the community...

I wish you good luck, and I hope this is helpful to you.

Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. It will make him/her feel as though you are very interested in what he/she has to say. When it is over smile and give a firm hand shake. If you don't have the answer to one of the questions, don't lie. An interviewer will be more likely to trust you if you are honest and real with him/her. If you give a bulls--t answer, nine times out of ten they will know you are lying...never a good thing. Good luck, and just remember to exude real confidence (not arrogance). You must be making the right moves to land the interview in the first place!

I've been to 4 interviews and have been took me 3 times.

In all cases I:
made good eye contact,
offered a hand shake,
talked freely without nervousness (make it sound natrual)
laughed,
told them what they wanted to hear, with out it sounded like it,
asked questions, let them know your really interested.

you have to seperate yourself from all the other candidates. you are no different to them, in the interviewer eyes....

you have to show that..

Good luck.

and your just as qualified for this position as anyone else.

honey, all you need to pull of an election and have them all eating out the palm of your hands.... is confidence in yourself and what you are saying.
people associate confidence with power and power with ability. as long as you are prepared, relaxed and have confidence in yourself, YOU WILL KICK A$$!!!!!
good luck hun.
