When I was younger I went to a Pizza Hut in Whitechaple, I saw a crack in the wall and a bug crawl out. That put me off Pizza Hut until today. I orderd and asked for it to take away (way too many kids in there) and was then shown where to sit. Were I was sitting was out of the way of the other customers so they could not see what I saw. Three holes in the wall. In one I saw a Mc Donalds wrapper and in the other (this is horrible) a sanitry pad wrapper!

when we were younger and worked at the hut we would ice skate on pizza's on the floor and add our own "special sauce" on top. you shouldn't eat anywhere that employes a bunch of high school kids...

In California they have to list the grade they got from the board of health on the wall. All Pizza Huts I have been to had an A. That meant they were top rated by a respected agency that gives a fair and impartial evaluation. The place you were at was a dump probably, but mostly they should be o.k.

Ewwe!! That's disgusting.
Glad I'm already eaten.
I've only been in Pizza Hut once and while we were there the kitchen staff went on strike, the food we did was not cooked properly and then we had to wait over a hour just for the desserts.
Nearly all the customers in at the time got all their meals free, including us, because the waiting on staff just didn't know what to do.

Last time I went I was sat on a table near 3 old women who refused to stop complaining about the state of the plates and cutlery.
They evertually got out some tissues and started wiping them down. But i never saw a problem with the place.

Pizza Hut used to be alright, a nice place to go but its gone unbelievably down hill, we had to go there not long ago as everywhere was booked and had to wait an hour just to get a seat. Its in league with mcdonalds now, dirty and full of chavs.

I went there with a friend and it was diabolical! We had to wait so long for our food and it was a mess! Their excuse was that the chef was a trainee!!!! Just a small vote of confidence!
I would rather pay an extra £1.50 (if that) and eat at Pizza Express, ASK or Prezzo! Great service, real food and alot quicker.
