How do i get compensation from the moaners? They can sit there whinging about passive smoking, but I'm the one who has to fork out over £5 a packet and they're getting it all for free!!!!

Pollute your own air!
I think smokers are, bad mannered, inconsiderate, ignorant and dirty. They stub their cigs out anywhere not bothering what mess it makes.They discard their cig ends and ash in cups, plates and down the loo. Heaven knows what state their homes are in.
You can kill yourself with your cigarettes but don't kill me.
THATS CALLED MURDER!!!!!

Haven't you realized that smoking is on the way out in public places, and in some cities and states in private places. Smoking is a selected habit and can be stopped if you try. You would save the money, which sounds like it would be considerable in your case, and not have to listen to the moaners. I know you won't pick my answer as best, but you should be considerate of those who don't smoke and if so, you won't have the issue to begin with. Smoke outside if you have to smoke.

I totally agree on the tax..... But if smoking is like commiting suicide, we should all sue the government for our love ones death. Why is it legal in the first place? Why do they still sell it if more than 75% of us don't want to have it around? If they make money out of it, of course they won't take it off the market. Don't be surprise if Marijuana becomes legal as soon as they find a way to make money with that too! They don't giva a Da**mn about nobody! If they did, they would have fixed the problem a long time ago!
I'm sorry if I dont answer your question but to be honest, I'm not sure If I understand!!! Who are the moaners? Who's getting what for free? (I'm not dumb, I'm french! So sometimes, the way the question is asked, is not very clear to me.) Thanks for understanding.

I always thank smokers - they pay massive amounts in Tax during their working life and then die off before enjoying their Pension == more for the rest of us ..
Mind you, there are quicker ways to commit suicide ... but I will defend to the death their right to choose how to go (just so long as they do it outdoors and well away from me :-) )
