Yes you can. Being a priest you take a vow of celibacy. Waving a rainbow flag, you promote diversity and would be more accepting to all of those that are in your congregation. Now you could not be out and be a priest, but you would be able to state that it is used as diversity and not for the meaning of gay pride and still get away with it.
It would be great to know that there are religions out there or at least groups of people in the religions that would be open to everyone believing in faith of the creator. It was said to let all the childred come unto him, however the faith and believes of most religions push people away instead of welcoming them for who they are.
If you are being serious on this, I wish you the best of luck and to be blessed while doing it.

No.
And that's wrong. You should be able to wave that proudly wherever you go, whenever you want and in front of anyone and everyone. But lately, you can't have both the church, and love. And I wish it wasn't that way. I believe that God loves all people, with no exceptions and I hope that if you do become a priest that you still can keep your faith and your preference without interferance. Best of luck.

As far as waving your rainbow flag I would have to say no, but for your sexual choices the Bible does say that homosexuality is wrong and that is said to be a sin. But in the eyes of God all sin is equal. If I lie, cheat or steal I am no better or worse than you in your sin. I cannot judge you for the choices you make in life only God can do that.
I would believe that a church who is realisitic in today's society would be happy to get a priest that is willing to work with the gay community and show them that they are not out to get them. And to show them that they are welcome in the church regardless of their sexual choice. Because if the churches locked the doors to everyone who has committed a sin, then no one would be in the church.

You can, but you may suffer consequences. It also depends on which church you are a priest in. With your name, I'd assume that it's the Roman Church, but who can tell these days?

Depends on the type of Priest.
Some are required to be or remain celibate, at that point I don't think your sexual orientation will matter much.
