There is no problem. As with nearly everything, taking too much is dangerous, but other than that it just makes cakes moister and might help clean your teeth. If you have stomachaches, it will help relieve it, so it will actually help you.

I've seen low sodium baking soda. I guess it's high in sodium. That makes it bad for people with heart conditions and such.
