Astrology .com is a good one. It asks for date of birth,time of birth, city you were born in, and you can have your horoscope sent daily, weekly, monthly, whatever you want~ to your email!

They have lots of free horoscopes and charts based on your birthdate, time, and place. They also have free compatability readings based on charts, too. I think this is the best site as they provide the most detailed information for free.
