I have written to some minor celebrities and gotten a response. If u r trying to hear back from a major star it could take a lot longer....

I wrote an email to Bud Selig about 15 years ago, and I actually got a letter back from him in the mail. It was written on Brewers stationary, and he signed it.
He is kind of a celebrity.......

Many letters from Timothy Dalton.Later I heard that my good friend Simon did his stunts for the 2 Bond films that was really coincidence it's a real small world sometimes.

Several years ago, I wrote to Chad Allen and receive a signed pic and a letter and both were form, because I wrote him a couple more times and received an identical pic at least twice and an identical letter at least twice. I wrote to Freddie Prinze, Jr. and received a signed post card with his pic.

When I was 10 I wrote to ALF...he was an alien puppet on a TV show...anyways, I did get back a four-sentence typed response....it was HOT!!!

in the 70's i wrote Cheap Trick and got back hand written postcards w/ the current album covers on 'em,, (In Color & in B&W and Heaven Tonight) one signed by Rick and the other by Robin,, and the Grateful Dead always writes back

i have written to celebrities and requested autographs before. most of the time i did get one. only one was stamped on (sharon stone). the really big stars such as tom cruise, mel gibson, brad pitt didn't reply.
