Do you remeber when the only Easter Egg's you got were either Smarties or Buttons? Or was I just poor?

No years ago there wasnt a lot of choice i remember i used to make my eggs last me ages at
Those days the sweets would come in a see through bag inside the egg

No that's all we used to get too, and my Dad bought my Mum a posh Dairy Box one. I remember being really excited when the Mars Bar one first came out, and know there are literally 100's to choose from.

Yes..They're the ones i used to have as a child.In fact my mum still buys me a buttons egg every year,and im now 28 !

I remember singing CHICK CHICK CHICK CHICKEN LAY A LITTLE EGG FOR ME - and I still did not get one, however it did me no harm so I guess that is the reason I over induldge in the Milk Tray ones nowadays -

Also, they used to have stuff inside them. Usually a mini bag of buttons or smarties, or a bag of jelly tots.
