depends if you want to be able to use the D-lock again afterwards!! lol
In all seriousness I can think of a few ways, but then it might not be your bike and I don't wanna be passing on help to thieves???? Just kidding.
It'll come off with a junior hacksaw and some elbow grease.

Buy an electric angle die grinder at a discount tool store for 20 bucks. Buy a cutting disk that fits it. Cut off the lock in a few seconds.
Or take more time and effort and just cut it off with a hack saw.

Like "craiginhio" said, cut it. Or bring it to a locksmith. That's their job.

you can use a boby-pin (hair pin),umm a phillips head screwdriver maybe, something with a flat end & sturdy enough to turn the lock.
