i cut MY House in half when i kicked the ex to the curb
a sawzall works wonders around windows and doors
i gave him the keys and said there you want the house you got it
even the judge said it was mine to do with as i pleased hehehehe what a face (priceless)

My wife DEMANDED half of everything, also. I don't really care for "stuff" so I said she could take 95% of it. She was ecstatic! My house is quite empty now and I have room for whatever might come along. I hear my ex is PACKED in, has a storage locker (maybe two), is paying for all that storage and she sees me in all of it. (serves her right)
