Well, after I show up, I put my stuff under the counter and start filling orders for booze.
Sometimes, there are stag parties that require special attention like rounds of special shots. Also sometime there are prostitutes that don't belong in there trying to hustle, so we tell the manager and they are gotten rid of.
Now and again I get women customers, they are the best tippers.
I play games with customers, like connect four or cards. After about 6 hours I wipe down couters and bottles, sweep up, have a few drinks of my own and walk home.
I needed barteding certifications and I had to pass a language test for the country I live in.
Very special.

Come in, grab a fry up from the canteen, open the email, see what madness happened last night, sort over stickers for errors in the new catalogue and generally keep the department running smoothly! No certification needed but great organisational skills and people skills a must

don't hate me
i get here at 6 am (that sucks) and get briefed on what's going on. i check my books to see if we have anything planned for the day (we usually don't) and i check my email. then i watch the news. surf the internet. answer the phones if they ring. i can read a book if i want to.
basically i sit and wait for a flight to come in. which is what i am doing right now.
i do that for 12 hours until my relief comes in and then i do it all over again the next day!

i love my job it is easy most of the time but can get hectic and you need to be able to operate under extreme pressure.

i haven't had to have any certification but you just have to have a certain type of personality. you have to be able to sit in a room for 12 hours wtihout going stir crazy.

Hi. I'm a waitress. Every day..I cut up stuff for the salad bar. Then wait on people for lunch. Answer the phone. For me..very easy. Get paid to talk all day. No special requirements except to smile and don't take ppl too seriously when they are cranky. Sometimes they are just hungry.
Oh..you have to learn to laugh @ yourself. When you spill a drink or a handful of dirty plates on the customer,as long as they aren't hurt..kind of funny.
Have a great day.

Part of the time, i spend walking around the facilities, making sure our employees are not violating environmental regulations, as well as insuring that our dust collectors and other emissions control equipment is working as it should be. This means I get to walk about on the roof systems of the many local facilties, saunter about in the rain to make sure nothing is going into the storm-drains, and checking oil and hazardous waste storage areas to make sure they're in compliance.

The other part of the time, I'm at my computer, putting together reports to the regulators using data from the many facilities, and making sure that they're within permit guidelines. It's a real laugh riot.

It's basically glorified research and data entry, but it's difficult because of the amount of steps that I have to go through in three different systems for just one part number (I verify part numbers of all kinds). I didn't need any certification for it but I do have several years of experience now.

I wake to slap a switch,
To halt a tune,
To blast the water,
To draw the blade.
To cover myself,
To shift the car,
To bop a button,
To drink the coffee,
To wave and point,
To shift the screen,
To work the machine,
To pay the bills,
To liven the latch,
To close the door,
To drive the car,
To turn the Tv,
To clasp when laughed,
To escape the world,
To morph in time,
To sleep till dawn,
To mount the train,
That takes me round again.

I am a cook, a maid, laundry technician, teacher, counselor, referee, chauffer, doctor, dog walker, and entertainer.

In other words, a MOM. It's the hardest job in the world and I am underpaid.
