If giving him solids that will fill him up and he will drink less. Or just the stage of growth, soon maybe having a growth spurt. Dont worry to much. If your really worried go to your doctor

If he is eating a well balanced meal of solid foods and getting other liquids plus the 15 oz of formula he should be fine.

The solids are filling him up more and he probably isn't going through a growth spurt! Mine used to drink this much but not eat as many solids...now that he understands what "table" / "finger" foods are...he pretty much wants nothing to do with his bottle till all the "food" is gone!

hi, if the baby is drinking and eating that is why the baby only drinks that much so there isn't much to worry about. The other thing is a baby's stomach is only very small they get full rather quickly. so more small meals a day would be best

If he is growing and gaining normally, the reduced formula intake is a result of solid foods becoming a more significant factor in his diet.
