Exactly one month have passed and last month I had intercourse on the 10th day from the 1st day of my periods. But the lower side of my abdomen is aching since past two weeks.

Have you taken a pegnancy test to confirm that you are pregnant? If not, you can't for sure say that you are just because you had intercourse. Also, ovulation typically occurs on the 14th day. You should make an appointment with your doctor so blood can be drawn to see if you are pregnant. If so and you still have the pain, then the doctor will likely order an ultrasound to make sure you don't have an ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy outside the uterus).

Have you taken a pregnancy test? If this goes on too long, you should see the Ob. Gyn. There is such a thing as a tubal pregnancy, that can be extremely serious.

Take the test first and see what it says.

If you are expecting your periods to always be EXACT, you need to consider that that is rarely the fact. We are all individuals and our body clocks are not the same.

I'd say it could be likely. No cycles are exact and you may have ovulated on day 10 of your last period. You should take an at home test and then confirm it with your doctor.
