we know when a baby is born, his body gets used to air pressure and prevents it from being destroyed!!! but my question is that if the baby is born in vaccum, would his body explode or it again gets used to the situation? if it does how and for what reasons?

It is impossible to give birth in vacuum. Any human tissue, including mother and baby, will explode. It is not a matter of "being used to air pressure", our blood has a pressure on our blood vessels from within, and the air presses us from outside. If you get somewhere where there isn't much air pressure , you get bruises and nose bleeding, for example at over 5000 m nn, because the air is thin there, and the blood has a stronger pressure directed outwards than the air has pressure directed inwards, and the blood vessels rupture. When you are in vacuum, all vessels in your body rupture at once, no matter if you are one minute old or hundred years old.

You have way too much time on your hands. A baby could not be born in a vacuum, because the mother would be dead. Contemplate this question: "Why is there air?" If your answer is to fill up volleyballs, you really should file a lawsuit against the education system.

Babies need air just like adults. The baby would die quickly for lack of air. But contrary to popular myth, a human will not explode in a vacuum. They might get decompression sickness, called the bends, and they will die from lack of air, but they will not explode.

Actually, it's a myth that people explode when exposed to vacuum. However, life expectancy would still be exceedingly short... both mother and baby would die long before the birthing process was completed.

Just wondering what kind of warped mind thinks up this kind of question? And then becomes so concerned as to post it for others to think about...

Do you want to explode a baby? If so, why?
