All are bad. Public bathrooms all carry germs, and you are in contact with them from the moment you enter the bathroom and push the door open. I have seen many individuals use the bathroom and leave without washing their hands. Remember whatever you touch in the bathroom someone else has already been there. Some bathroom carry seat cover which are good, and others disinfectant to wipe off the seats, also good. But if you choose to wipe the seat of with the above suggestions of this question, remember you are caring those germs with you, and tranferring them to other places. Germs cannot be totally eliminated or avoided but we can do things to lower contact with them. P.S. I like Monk but would not suggest going that far (smile).

hand, well, depends on how well you keep your socks and sleeves, if you were rolling in the mud with gloves but no shoes just socks, then socks would be worse. Or if you get your sleeve dipped into some kind of toxic stuff, that would be the worst. But otherwise hands would be worst.

Poop? All are horrible. The sock is less awful because you can leave it there. Carry your own toilet paper in the trunk of your car. Works for my family.

It's all bad, but if I had to make a choice, my sleeve would not be an option.
