Our Creators nature is Love, and the nature of the Universe to give. Just like all the creatures of Earth give to each other, so that our World can remain in existence.

The nature of the Universe is to survive, and in order for a mass equilibrium to survive there must be things that give and there must be things that take. If things stopped breathing oxygen the plants gave then the plants would stop getting carbon dioxide and would die. If every animal on the food chain were all meat eaters and equally able to hunt and defend themselves then they would kill each other off.

I do not disagree with you, but the point of it is balance, and like nature there are some that are born to take and some that are born to give. That is the balance.
