Bush is Quoted in refering to the constitution before congress saying, " its only a peice of paper" .
I think conservatives have less respect for it as its bill of rights restricts their war obsessions.

Well, the problem is it that EVERYONE wants to try to "interpret" the constitution to fits their own agenda. To me, the constitution says exactly what it means and does not need "interpreting".
