The screw extractors are called "easy-outs" they're reverse threaded, so that when you screw them in, they begin twisting the screw out.

Put the screw driver bit onto the screw and tap down on it with a hammer and hold pressure down tight while trying to unscrewing it. You may have to keep tapping down now & then but hopefully this will work

If you have a dremel tool, use the cutting disk and make a straight line. Then spray some wd-40 let it sit for a while then use a flat head screw driver.

You need a screw extractor. The end of this bit catches the stripped head and removes it. Normally, they come in sets but some places sell them individually.

buy a "stripped out screw" bit. it has a head designed to grab stripped out phillips heads. they sell them at Sears or home depot

Make a slot with a hacksaw and screw it out with an ordinary screwdriver.

You can try to force an oversized hex or star bit in to get it to turn. If that won't work, you may need to drill it out.
