I'd pocket the $2 and say nothing to the homeless man. I have $26 dollars in the bank right now and $23 in my pocket. I'm so broke right now that he probably will make more money today than I will.

I would give him the two dollars, AND tell him to try and get a job.
I just feel so guilty when I see homeless people.....I want to hug them, but that would be a bad idea, I think.

if i thought at the moment, that the man was a real homeless,i would give him the money.it's easy to say if they are telling the truth or not.And it's not like 2 dollars are gonna save my life.

No. I would take the $2 and buy him a sandwich so that I knew he wasn't spending the $2 on a can of beer.
I probably wouldn't know what to say to him, so I'd say nothing and just hand him the sandwich.

I would give him the money. I've known people who were homeless for a while...it's not always by choice.
