If there's one thing I hate, it's being inturrupted during my glory hour on my porcelain throne by co-workers who bug me asking me to hurry up cuz there's deadlines to meet and phone calls to answer.

Do like my boss does and take the newspaper in there... that will send the message that you do not want to be disturbed for a while. ;)

no longer many men try this - basically the "meatheads" that carry 350+ kilos... of direction they are gonna grunt, it is damn heavy! it truly is style of a psychological subject, once you grunt like that it very almost mentally facilitates you carry the load. I do it very hardly, and basically while i'm going for a max (the main weight i will carry, for under one rep). yet I agree, some people do it too excessively like they are attempting to get interest, or, possibly they are purely clearly loud men with too lots testosterone, and specific have incredibly some steroids working by them. so some distance as dropping the weights, there's no common way around that when each dumbbell you're lifting is one hundred twenty lb or greater. Gravity is a ****** once you're bench pressing those, and on the final rep, you're so out of capability to the element the place you very almost might desire to drop them. i know, i've got lifted those in the previous, and that they DRAIN your capability.

All those hard surfaces, all that reverberation, not conducive to good dumping. Not to mention the smell from the person before you. And why can't those dolts who try the door when it's obviously locked learn to read the angle of the lock ? And even if you have a good dump, there's that moment when you leave the cubicle to wash your hands and everyone in there now knows it was you making those glorious, thundering sounds and gigantic plops. So, yes, I hate it.

It take you an hour to take a sh!t? You should really do something about your diet, that's not right. More fibre, I reckon.

Umm anyway. I love taking a sh!t at work because then I get paid to do it. What's better than that?

I think it would be more comfortable if they'd leave some empty shampoo bottles or something in the stalls to read.
