That can be caused my anabolic steroids.

Jaw and chin structure would be an inherited trait, chances are either of his parents had similar shaped jaw.
There is a theory (disputed) that increased testosterone in-utero may lead to homosexuality. With or without chiselled jaw. Does not make sense to me but here is the link.
