OK... I'm a mother of two and I know what fetal movement feels like. I have not missed a period or had anything strange happen during my cycle. A few days ago I noticed some movement while I was laying down for bed and thought it was gas or something. It's been a few days now and I'm pretty positive that it's not gas. I started to wonder if it might be IBS! I didn't see anything about fluttering or feeling like there's an alien inside of you associated with IBS though. And I don't have any of the other symptoms associated with IBS. I didn't even have spotting with either of my pregnancies so I'm pretty sure that I can't be pregnant. (I know, I know... call the doctor. But before I do...) Does anyone have any idea of what this could be? Serious replies only, thanks...

I should have mentioned, it's not painful at all. I wouldn't call it "discomfort" even, aside from the fact that my insides are moving. It just feels like something is in there bumping. It feels like fetal movement, but I'm pretty positive that it's not that. Thanks to those who have replied.
