My little sister has an interview at the store today, since it is a local store, do you think that she has to dress up, she's talking about wearing sneakers because she has to go right after school, but she will still have a crisp and clean look, what do you think the manager will say?

She will be fine. Sneakers are an accepted look right now as long as they are not old and raunchy. She will probably be told to wear them anyway if she gets the job, since she will be on her feet all day.

Maybe she should change into different shoes for the interview. I just think sneakers are a bit too casual for a job interview. Even though, the people who work there wear sneakers. I just think it's always best to be dressed up rather than down for your first interview. Good luck, I hope she gets the job. I love to shop at Family Dollar.

Forget about the attire that you will wear ONCE you receive the job. Even if it's an interview to work in a warehouse, you should always dress up for an interview. First impressions mean a lot. Plus, it makes you look like you're serious about the job.

always dress up for an interview. No matter what job you're applying for, the manager wants to see you at your best. Also, be the first to shake hands with the interviewer, look them in the eye and smile.. CONFIDENCE! good luck!

I was a manager at a very casual place I would not have found sneakers appropriate. You want someone who took the time to look good.

Regardless of the job, she should dress professionally. Even though she will be wearing jeans and F/D t-shirts if she gets hired, what she wants to do is make a good first impression. Tell her to remember, you only get ONE chance at a FIRST impression. So Dress for Success.

i bypass in the shops yet infrequently bypass in toys or candy. Are those an identical style of vehicles you spot in cartoons and the monster truck competitions. Preschoolers love vibrant vibrant vehicles with extremely some shifting aspects. They play with them, wreck them, throw them away, and overlook approximately them I certainly have not at all considered gummy teeth like that everywhere, and and cant remark different than to declare i do no longer think of relatives dollar might knowingly carry one among those product for concern of loosing black clientele. who's the racist, the keep merchandising those products or the business enterprise making them. The vehicles would not be racist, the teeth could be considered racist. The shops do no longer come to a determination their merchandise, the business enterprise headquarters does and often errors are made. >_<

The tennis shoes should be fine. Every Family Dollar I have went to the workers just dressed in t-shirt and jeans. They also wear a smock so you can't even see it anyway!
