Now your PC wont turn on? or it could?

When we use recovery it put computer in to new state and install all related software and windows too.

No need to buy new PC. If you have some friend who knows about PC then call. Or if you could turn on PC then delete everything or do system restore if possible.

Even this won't work then try recovery once again. If you have a memo or make a note of the message which you get while playing recovery CD. Or take a snap by digital camera or cell phone for record. Which will help people to understand or you can once again ask here:
By providing information as
Which OS you use
Which Windows do you use
How much GB drive you got etc
This will help professional to understand your problem.

Your PC is fine it just need some setting do not use your money to buy new one please.

It's asking for the emergency boot floppy disk you should have made just after installation! Try pressing F8 during bootup & try 'safe mode', or try booting with an earlier boot file setup that worked previously.

You can also set the computer(F11) on bootup to get to boot drive setter to boot the Losdows cd & try following install instructions to automatically search for Losdows, prompt you to choose to repair the Losdows drive it finds to attempt to fix it, not install a fresh copy of it while reinstalling. It is worthwhile to try this method before anything else!

DO NOT let it install a fresh copy of Losdows, unless you have no files to backup!! HDDrives should not be more than 75% full! Recovery programs need alot of HHD space to operate!

It'll do something at least, if not get him hot for you!!!!

Well I'm sorry to hear of your situation. Here are a couple of things you could do;

1) Take it into your local PC World branch and see if it's possible to repair and get a quote on how much it'd cost.

2) Go to a local independent computer repair center and check if it is repairable and get a quote on how much it'd cost.

3) If they can fix it see how much. Then search to see if you can get a better PC for that price or see if it is worth investing in buying a computer a little bit more expensive

GOOD LUCK!

To install the system again you need enough space on your HDD to take the setup files and temp files.

It would be best to format your HDD and then try the recovery CD again.

At the A:/> prompt type format c:

But before that have you tried safe mode (press F8 while starting up and select safe mode)

I had the comparable issue with my pc a pair of months in the past. Geek squad informed me they wont even touch it. So I delivered it domicile and did a splash study on it. long tale short, I replaced the memory and it works super now. i did not have something significant on the previous memory nonetheless so it became uncomplicated for me. If that doesn't artwork then try casting off the diskchronic. stable success

You will have to download portable disk cleanup software & taking that on pen drive you can free some space on the hard disk drive & that "less space on hard disk" is your problem. Other way by which you can do is, if you have bootable installation CD than I can guide you by writting all the steps in detail for formatting the partition & installation. Their is no need to buy a new one.

Reinstall your operating system by inserting the windows(or whatever os) cd(not recovery disk) and select boot from disk and follow the instructions

Wow...!! Format C:/ is a bit harsh, you will lose EVERYTHING on your PC, and then you need to see a Computer expert to install Windows for you again...
Where do you pay $500.- for doing that?!
I recently paid $60.- for an Operating System re-load...

Probably, you wouldn't want matters to be worse then they already are. Trust me, one time, I had to get my computer fixed because I had lots of viruses, and it cost around $500, I would do anything if I could of just stopped at a couple of viruses, and gotten fixed for a lot cheaper. ;)
