This site is truly horrible. It's so annoying in every way. Now please, children (I'm assuming only a child or a fool will say this little comeback/question....you'll see, it's coming up), don't post an answer to this question saying "Then why are you here?” That is one of the most pathetically stupid, foolish answers and/or comebacks I've ever heard. Watch, I'm going to get a few insults from, you guessed it, fools and/or children. If you don't fit the category of a fool, or a child, then state your opinion which explains why you like the site, not why I'm wrong. An opinion can, in no way, be wrong.

I agree, everyone has an opinion and a right to give one. I like to answer questions on Y&A because it helps to take my mind off some of the stresses I have in my life and hopefully I can help someone along the way. I think it's great to have a place to ask for other peoples help and opinions. I find it interesting to read the answers and it really gives you some insight into people's minds and how they think and feel about certain topics. I don't however, like the rude, obnoxious people who are trying to be funny or just plain mean and irritating to others. I can't work anymore due to a back injury so it helps to entertain me and communicate with the outside world a bit.

This site really does have some good points. OK, there are sad people who can't think of anything to say, but say it anyway. There are people who give a one-word answer just to get the points, but there are also people who genuinely need help, and are courageous enough to put up with the crap in order to get a real answer to a real problem.
Then there are the people who become your friends, albeit online, but friends nevertheless.
These are the people I come here for. They are the majority, not the noisy minority.
And that's my opinion!

Because it can be relaxing break from studying. It can cheer me up on a bad day, by posting a question and getting lots of answers.
Because I don't know any of you people so it's kinda mysterious.
But you not wanting us to ask "Then why are you here" makes you sound foolish for still being here and not liking it.
Why keep doing something you don't enjoy doing?, It's not a job you don't get paid to do it.

I like this site because its good to read other peoples opinions.........stupid, foolish or childish. it makes me forget about all the crap i have to do in my little part of the world.
