dear Isabel The cons learned from 70 years of Liberal Hit pieces the shameless way Liberals are given a pass when cons were ridiculed. A gay republican is destroyed and a gay DSemocrat is voted in. Ted Kennedy was drunk and Killed someone and is still in power since 1963, a republican was drunk and was hit so hard he lost the election. Sorry the Libs made the game and are made they finally lost a few rounds

Yeah, all Liberals, too bad they're not flaming like the Fox News cast. CNN needs to get evil like Fox if they want ratings. Good point!!!

Of the ones in your question, which one p_sses off the public like say a Coulter, Hannity, or O"Reilly?

I wouldn't call any othem Liberals so much as reporters and critics of the way things are ran in our country today, just because you don't agree with the current admin. doesn't mean you're for the other side. Lou Dobbs I would call somewhat con, Nancy as well, Larry King is somewhere in the middle, Cooper is somewhat Lib, but they all try to get all sides in a story, sorry if you can't see that through the blinders Fox News puts up...

I have no problem with people who openly give their opinions on opinion based shows. What bothers me is when they report "news" that is loaded with opinion. What bothers me is how the liberal point of view is presented in drama and comedy shows as the mainstream view. Young minds are far more likely to form there own opinions based on TV shows and movies than by watching Sunday morning talking heads.

They get a liberal point of view in their primary and secondary education, in their TV shows, in their movies even from their favorite musical performers. The liberals have created a liberal manufacturing machine.

Many of the young liberals that post opinions here are indiciative. They repeat statements they have heard that are not true or have only a grain of truth and tons of spin. They did not make those up themselves. They are all getting them somewhere. Their beliefs are very broad but amazingly shallow. Most have opinions that they have never thought to challenge since everyone in their circle believes it, too. Challenge them and they are totally befuddled.

Then there are those who think they have done extensive research and validated a liberal platitude. But what they really have done is already accepted it as fact and then just looked for more liberal propagand to back it up. That is not the same as doing real research. Before you accept anything as dogma you should do your best to try to disprove it. Especially look at what the opposition is saying and what they are basing their opposition on. If an objective analysis holds up, then the point is probably worthwhile. If not, one must reject it regardless of the popularity of that point.

This is not something most people ever bother to do. Those that do usually turn out to be conservative. Being conservative requires a lot of effort.

You are absolutely right...that there is liberal programming to counter Fox. And so it should be. If we cannot get apolitical newscasts, there should - at least - be a balance in viewpoints.

I realize that I never find those that echo 'my side' as outrageous as those that sympathize with the 'other side'...so I may not be objective on this one. But it appears to me that Fox is outrageously bias, and their commentary is sarcastic, disrespectful, smarmy and self righteous. I truly have no problem with leanings on either side, but I guess I don't see the need for the nastiness that seems to come from Fox and the right wingers. You can report the news in a bias way without being so blatantly disrespectful...just an opinion...

Rush is a druggie, the gay republican was hitting on young interns, and Mrs Bush killed someone with her car. I am not a liberal but Lou Dobbs is the only news program that actually lets you know what is going on in government. You should watch it. You might learn something.
Jenny, my answer was to his question and added details.

No, you can't paint them all with the same brush. Lou Dobbs is a conservative in many ways and a populist. Nancy Grace is a law and order conservative. If you think those two are liberals, then you should think again.

No reporter or journalist should ever, ever, report based on his/her own bias. That's not news. That's not objective journalism. When any of the media represents as subjective, pushes what their personal 'feelings' and views as news, and tries to bias the public, they have failed.

Readers, watchers, listeners, can make up our own minds, and will very quickly. We deserve the news, unvarnished by human emotions, and as truthful as possible.

I can't stand stand any of the 'players.' Particularly Nancy Grace. I refuse to allow her to shove her pathetic cock-eyed opinions down my throat.

EDIT: And what was Clinton doing, Jackie? He wasn't only hitting on them, he was having sex with them! What about Kennedy DUI and manslaughter?

I believe Larry King is too senile to be liberal any more.
