When an article contains wrong information, newspapers would usually announce the mistake and give the correct info. What is the header they use? "Note of apology" or what?

Usually the paper would have the heading: "Correction"...

I only usually see "Correction"
never seen the note of apology or anything close to it.

Usually correction or retraction of what the person actually said.

I believe it is usually under a section called "corrections"..... I have seen this a few times in my local paper.
