I am a nurse and the worst smell you will ever imagine is the smell of a GI bleed. Once you smell that in a patient you will never, ever forget it.

A dead animal that has been around for awhile before you discover it is there.

Cat's urine doesn't smell too great either and is hard to get the smell out once it satuates anything.

I work in a zoo, and believe me, when the drainage backs up with animal excrement and occasionally regurgitated entrails, it is an ungodly odor. I hope you never have to smell it, especially in an enclosed area on a hot day.

well i agree with you but thankfully i do not get around someone like that to often...but honestly i think it is a baby that the parents has left the diaper on to long and the baby stinks of urine..or someone with a bag which they probably can not help and the smell of urine.........or even a cat litter box with urine in it...really makes me sick

Rotten potatoes. Especially when you put your hand into the bag to get a couple out and you stick your thumb in one - stinks for days!
