I think you are most likely perfectly fine. I am 15 and have had periods for 3 years, my periods are regularly late, sometimes skipping months in between. However, if you feel that there is a need of concern, you may want to inform a trusted adult like an aunt, mother, or older sister and have them take you to the doctor.
p.s I got this off of the Kotex.com website :
Q: What does it mean if my period is late or irregular?
A: Your period may be irregular through the first year or two. But after that, when you've begun to menstruate regularly, missing a period may be a sign of pregnancy (if you've been sexually active). Other causes of irregularity may be stress, a change in your diet or an increase in exercise, or drug use. If none of these apply to you, or if you're still concerned, check with your physician.

I would definitely talk to your mom about this as well as your dr because it sounds like something isn't right here. Your dr can help you figure out what could be causing the problem.

It sounds something is not quite right, there may be a blockage of some kind. You should go to a doctor.

you may be pregnant or having other problems... go see a doctor. You can still have your period while pregnant too, just not as heavy, again... go see a doctor.
