I am a mother . I think earings are for girls, but this is a new age and a new generation. If you really want this talk with your parents. If you cannot get anywhere with them. Buy a magnetic one because if you or a friend does it you will more than likely wind up with a infection on your earloab that will be painful to the touch. Not Good! Lets think about it alittle ok . I have a fifteen yr old sis who has peirced many of her friends ears and 90% no longer have the earing in cause of infection.

For my boys the respond is a great, flat NO. I have no problems with having different expectancies for various genders. could you permit him placed on a dress? What approximately make up? in the event that they answer is not any then why permit him get an earring? yet once you're super with men having rings yet do no longer think of he's waiting only nevertheless say no. decide for what age you experience like HE can guard it (sparkling it and rotate it after the piercing, use medicine if it turns into contaminated, and so on...) and allow him be attentive to you're open to discussing it then. definitely i think of seven is slightly youthful and that they are given to following fads that they might no longer guard in some years yet he will constantly have that hollow.

I wanted my ear pierced at your age... sooooo badly. But i'm so glad that I didn't. I look at some co-workers now, and they look like old gay guys now. I'm sure they looked cool in their days, but now they just look like older gay guys. Another thing is, I noticed that a lot of guys that used to have earrings still have that scar on their ears. And you can definitely see it still. Be careful on whatever you decide... Because the choices you make today will make you who you are tomorrow... So, you could be that "old gay guy in the office" like some of my friends.

Get it done at a professional piercer WHEN YOU ARE OF AGE. Doing it at home or at a mall can cause serious infections. They'll have to heal by closing up and you don't want to regret it.
