Yep. No doubt about it. And I always will be. Wacky that is.
Here are a few.
I
If someone waves to somebody in my direction, I always wave back wildly, as if they were waving at me. They usually then think I MUST know them and look more puzzled then ever.

I like to make a face at some kid on the train or sucklike where his mother can't see me. He / She usually looks away shly but curiousity gets the better of them soon enough and they look in your direction again. Aren't they surprised to see that, 5 minutes later, YOU ARE STILL GAZING AT THEM WITH A WIDE SMILE?

Pretend to be making a VERY IMPORTANT PHONE CALL on a cell phone. You know "I want the whole account cleaned up and I want it NOW. SELL TransUranium, it's not worth the BOG PAPER it's written on. You've got 50 staff there, don't tell me you can't handle it. It's your job on the line LEN, get that product moving in Russia by Thursday!! I don't want excuses, I want action. I'll be on the midnight flight to Zanzibar tonight, get the limo out and ready...." and so on and so forth.

Got a book written by a celebrity? Put in a dedication to you in the frontpiece, like "To my Dear Myles, without whose tireless research and input this work could never have existed, with undying gratitude, Norman Mailer" and so on. When you lend it out, or have people browse thru your bookshelves, they will be EVER SO impressed.

When feeding seagulls with pieces of bread, make sure that the big bully seagull who is scaring away all the other birds ALWAYS just misses out on the piece of bread, which invariably lands just a little too far to the left or right for him to grab. They will completely birdicidal, I can tell you.

Want some legit excuse to scream your head off in public? Wait until a ferry is about to berth, and yell at the passengers "HEY WOODIE, WOODIE, I'm over here, WOOOODDDIIIEEEE!!! WOOOODDDDIEEEE!! All the passengers will think you are calling one of them. And of course, you will have yelled Woody! in public, which is a taboo word. What an achievement!

Get on top of a building and pretend you are about to jump. When you have got a big enough crowd, crouch down so they can't see you properly, and throw down some offal and meat offcuts dressed in clothes similar to the ones you are wearing. OTOH, don't really do this. Just think about it.
