this may sound weard but i have 2 tiger oscars they are both male and female the female lately has been diging hole in the gravel they both lip lock and hang around each other they both act liek there strung out or soemthing quilering of the tail moveing rocks contantly trying to push my bigger rocks too could it be that there are soon to be mateing? my male oscar acts crazy like shacking of the head trying to atack everything insite even the rocks atleast 3 to 4 times a day they both lip lock i have other smaller oscars none of them do it but my bigger ones do it alot how ever they were givin to me about a few months ago i was told they were bought together since they were babys now about 11 to 12 inch inches long of both can any one tell me whats going on are they geting ready to mate or is this a normal thing oscars do well of the lip locking part and moveing rocks around and and makeing a huge hole in gravel in one spot

That's normal spawning behavior. Sounds like you have a pair that are preparing to lay eggs. You don't mention other fish in the tank, but if you have any others I would remove them asap. Oscars are cool, but big tough brutes normally and even more so when they mate. Tank mates will most likely be killed.
