The waiters and waitresses dress up in costumes as knights, fair ladies, squires etc. Is there such a place or am I mis-informed?

Excalibur has a dinner/show called Tournament Of The Kings. And it is a midevil show with a dinner. The show is really fun. It's in an arena kindof like you would see a rodeo in. But, it's indoors and actually underground in the Excalibur.
It's kind of like an oval and it's stadium seating. With tables running long ways with the arena.
It's a show with horse, buff men, damsels a wizard and the evil beast.
You get sat in sections that correspond with one of the kings that come to fight in the tournament. Or some people even sit in the section for the evil beast.
In any event, when the show starts you will be cheering for the king that you are in his section.
While the show is going on, the waiters and waitresses bring you your food. The food is really good. It's the same for everyone, but, it's good. You get a really good soup, a whole chicken, potatoes, veg. etc. and a drink. It's all pretty good and it fills you up.
It's a pretty fun time. There is horses, jousting, fights, fire and smoke. Lots of fun times, singing, etc.
It's reasonably priced for a dinner/show in Vegas, and the food is good and the show is fun. We have gone several times. Especially if there is someone with us that hasn't been before.
Here is a link to the Excalibur page with the stuff about it. Have Fun.

It is midevil times. I have not done this in Vegas, but I have gone to the show in Orlando. Unless you are really into this it can get boring. I at least thought the kids would like it, but they grew bored as well. The first 1/2 was interesting, after that I just wished it would come to an end. The one good thing was the meal was delicious! I would suggest at least one of your party ordering a vegetarian meal to mix things up though. That way you get a veggie lasagna.

The Excalibur hotel has this. I forget what they call it, but it's exactly like Midieval Times restaurants. Go to www.mgmmirage.com and look up the Excalibur website - it'll be there.
