I'm the golden child. My brother took the black sheep role long before I arrived, so the golden child was the obvious choice.

Golden child just graduated from University got a nice job stopped drinking.
My Bigbrother defnatly black sheep graduated from University 2 years ago no job and he is an alchoholic but in high school he was the golden child good grades and sportsman.

Well that depends on which side of my family you ask, my dads side, i'm closer to being the black sheep, and on my mums side, more of the golden child, my brother is the other way round !!

To my Mum who has remarried, and is a fine upstanding catholic church member I'm the black sheep, to my Dad, who was a very successful Gangster artist and Jazz musician (alas he's passed away) I was the free thinking, spirited golden child.

I was always the black sheep I guess, but I grew up with allot of character and independance , where my brother who was the golden child never grew up really as he was pampered all the time and still is........

black sheep, without question. older brother is the golden child, older sister can do no wrong, younger sis, ditto. me, i have the wrong job, live in the wrong place, why don't i have a PhD or two or three, what did i buy that for? etc etc etc.

I'm the golden child out of the girls (My brother, him being the only guy, will always be THE golden child) But that's not saying much...
